7. ‘Corgi’ Registered Test Certificate
8. Health and Safety Policy in place
9. Full Comprehensive Insurance on all vehicles

 PRODUCT AND SUPPLIER

We use fresh food and when necessary frozen. Where possible we use Scottish produce from a local supplier.

For our customer enquiries, we can if requested, trace back meats to origin.

All units have controlled temperature readings and have a hazard analysis policy in place.
